I am so happy to have found this Black Current Balsamic Vinegar. The flavor is fantastic and we use it on everything. I made a Pear Gorgonzola Salad today and served it with a dressing of this vinegar. Delicious! My husband loved it too.

A vegan recipe book suggested using this vinegar as the single dressing for salads. It is a nice compliment to any salad. My son thought it was a mixed salad dressing for months until I told him it was just vinegar.
