This oil not only smells vibrant but it has a strong, bold flavor as well! Moderation is essential when using this oil because of its potency, it's easy to overuse (meaning: a little goes a long way). This oil is great for adding to boiling water for rice and pasta and is a great addition in Mediterranean and Italian pasta salads and other dishes. I've also used a little in marinades for chicken.
