Just used this instead of the Walnut Olive Oil in Nikole's Chocolate Chip Cookies. Really good. I also spread it on bread, sprinkle a little garlic salt, and grill in cast iron pan; use it in place of butter for a lower cholesterol fettuccine sauce. So happy to have discovered this!
