Persian Lime Olive Oil

A perennial Olive Tap favorite from an Award Winning producer. Our Persian Lime Olive Oil is smooth with a punch of lime and zest; with hints of pear and apple. It exhibits a fragrant, yet delicate citrus characterl.  Let it be your secret ingredient.

Perfect for a tropical or “South of the Border” flair, you can intensify the lime flavor with our White or Honey Balsamic vinegars. Grilled shrimp or chicken dishes finished with a Persian Lime/White Balsamic drizzle will be a hit!  We love to pair it with Serrano Pepper Honey, Peach White or Coconut White Balsamic Vinegars for a unique vinaigrette or to use as a marinade.

Perfect Pairings:

Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

Serrano Pepper Honey Balsamic Vinegar

Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

Pairs well with Serrano Pepper Honey Balsamic Vinegar for a wonderful dressing on salads. I drizzle a bit of this on most everything for a nice flavorful finish. Try it on eggs and grits!

This oil tastes awesome! The 375ml did not last very long, so I had to buy the bigger one! I love it with some lime juice for a salad dressing, or drizzled over fish while cooking, it really adds phenomenal flavor to whatever you use it for!
