Inspired by the flavored oils and Limoncello we experienced during a supplier visit to Sorrento, Italy.  We strive to duplicate the flavor of Sorrento Lemons, in which both the aroma and taste are unmistakable with a smooth, long-lasting lemon finish. This is new harvest oil from Italy that exhibits a slight peppery finish.  The Agrumato method of crushing the fruit with the olives produces the most authentic Lemon Flavored Olive Oil you can find.  We guarantee you a real lemon flavor that cannot be matched by oils produced by any other means.

The highly fragrant and fresh zesty lemon flavor of this oil will make fish, fowl and salads taste heavenly.  Just a few drops and a pinch of salt and pepper are all you need on fish, chicken and roasted vegetables.  Vinegar pairings are endless, including our favorites such as Pomegranate, Raspberry, Honey, Blueberry and Bordeaux Cherry.  For a refreshing and elegant dressing on greens, pair it with tart white vinegars.

    This is the best lemon olive oil I have tasted. When I run out, will definitely buy more. I use it on fish and to make lemon and rosemary roasted potatoes.

    Mix Lemon Olive Oil with Lemon Juice and marinade chicken in it. Oh YES very good!

    Thanks for the review! Tap's Tip...instead of lemon juice, try Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, Serrano Pepper Honey Balsamic Vinegar or just about any balsamic vinegar!

    I may like food to be easy to prepare but it has to be tasty. Lemon olive oil adds a zing to frozen Spinach and Mozzarella Ravioli with Italian Herb Cheese garnish... Follow package instructions and add a drizzle of lemon olive oil to make it perfect. Add a side salad for a light meal. How easy was that?
