Aged applewood from Washington state is used to create this mildly smoky, slightly sweet and fruity, all-natural Applewood Smoked Sea Salt. It works very well as a finishing salt and is delicious on meats, but still mild enough to serve with fish, shellfish, and steamed or roasted vegetables, in salads, soups, sauces and in spice blends.
