Riserva is my "go to" vinegar for salad, meat, vanilla ice cream. Olive Tap has become the only brand I choose.

The Riserva is the best balsamic I have ever tried. It is nice and thick with a wonderful sweet tang to it. I use it on my salad just plain. I bought 6 bottles as gifts for Xmas for friends and relatives. it is the best
My husband and I absolutely love this vinegar! We’ve not been able to find anything else like it anywhere! I highly recommend it!!
Absolutely the best I have ever tasted including those in Tuscany. So thick and flavorful!
Love the consistency of this product. It doesn't take a lot to impart the amazing flavor onto any dish
Best balsamic I have ever tasted..won’t be able to go back to brands available in supermarket
Really sweet and robust flavor. I add this to a Greek housing dressing (recipe gotten from favorite restaurant) which is a bit tart. So a little drizzle of this provides a sweeter taste. I've also put onto ice cream and fruit, and it's tasty there too!
This balsamic is so delicious! I gave all of our guests a small spoonful of it. We love it over fresh mozzarella with vine ripened tomatoes. It is so thick and yummy!
We have never been disappointed when purchasing from The Olive Tap. This balsamic vinegar is superb with tomatoes. Perfect for the summer.
Produced using a secret recipe handed down from father to son over 3 centuries, this is a very rich and thick traditional style Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Similar to the 25 Star/25 year style Balsamic Vinegars, its high concentration of cooked grape must and long barrel aging result in a superior product reserved for lovers of Italian culinary tradition.
The Olive Tap's Riserva is best enjoyed as a topping, condiment, or glaze. It is traditionally served on fresh strawberries, peaches, other fruits and ice cream. Drizzle it over chicken, fish, meats, eggs and vegetables for an intense flavor sensation. In Emilia and Modena, Italy, locals use it to snack on chunks of Parmigiano Reggiano and crusty bread.
