This balsamic vinegar comes with a cork and you know right away it's going to be great! Once opened, the vinegar pours slowly (like a syrup) - another sign of greatness! The taste is superb - I use this as a salad dressing and I'm totally satisfied. So glad this company/balsamic vinegar was recommended to me.

Flavor is excellent and it has a thick consistency which is great for coating bland vegetables. I would have liked this better if it was just a bit sweeter but all in all I use it on about everything. Very Good and would rebuy.
I love this balsamic, and have purchased it for a few years now. The flavor is fantastic and it is thick enough you don't need to reduce it to use it as a sauce.
This balsamic vinegar is the best I've had. So think and rich I could eat it with a spoon. Believe it or not, it's esp. good drizzled over vanilla ice cream. I use this stuff any time I can and recommend it to anyone who loves a great balsamic!
