This is the closest balsamic I've found to traditional balsamic at an affordable price for regular uses. It is syrupy thick, sweet, and only slightly tart. Like traditional balsamic vinegar, it is no longer "vinegar", but condiment, which is great even on pears and ice cream. Yum!

This is one of the best balsamic vinegars that I have ever tasted. Great on salads, such as caprese, and super on roasted vegatables.
