    I use this on "greens" 6 times a day as recommended by
    Dr Esselstyn. I have been doing this since September 2015. Very thankful for Dr Esselstyn's help and for you to continue to have this wonderful product that has improved my health on the whole food, plant based diet. We have recently started to fry onions using the Balsamic Vinegar, (NO OIL,) making a very flavorful topping to our bean burgers.     We use this in cooking Indian food and Mexican food without oil or salt. I tried to cook with grocery store vinegar, but my family complained and did not like eating the food I cooked with low quality vinegar. If you like food, you will love this vinegar.

    and I couldn't be happier. This Balsamic is delicious and quite concentrated, so you only need to use a little of it. I use it in salads and when cooking (without oil) and it has become an important part of my staple ingredients. I went WFPB last April and these healthier (and tastier) Balsamic options are a wonderful discovery and addition to that new lifestyle.     This is the best balsamic vinegar I've ever had. We use it as salad dressing, nothing else added. We also sprinkle it on vegetables for extra flavor.
