Aceto Balsamico di Modena, 4 Leaf Quality is the BEST balsamic available anywhere. We just love it. We use it as salad dressing right out of the bottle, also sprinkle it on cooked vegetables. It is sooooo good.

This was a product I learned about from a video from "Reverse and Prevent Heart Disease" Cookbook. It is so delicious. I have always bought OTC balsamic vinegar, no comparison.

I don’t usually write reviews and I rarely have 100% good things/all positive feelings about any product. I pretty much won’t eat any salad unless I have THIS vinegar! I’ve tried some of the others and they’re good, but they’re not as good as this one to my tastes. Friends, family, anyone who has had my salads think I’m an amazing salad maker. It’s the vinegar guys.... it’s the vinegar I tell you.
I also buy enough of it to give as gifts because while it may be a little pricy for vinegar, it’s a very reasonably priced house gift. This allows me to justify getting it for me too
