After hearing the Esselstyns rave about this vinegar, I had to try it. It blows the grocery-store-balsamic I had used before OUT OF THE WATER. If you are trying to eat healthier, you can do a lot of amazing things with this vinegar. I never knew vinegar could be sweet. Enjoy!!
Full of flavor and incredibly sweet. My husband thought he didn't like balsamics because he always said they were too tart. He really enjoys this balsamic and asks for me to use it in our salads and with tomatoes. Will need to broaden our taste buds and include on roasted vegetables in the future.
