The best fig balsamic ever!
I have tried many different variations of fig balsamic vinegar, and the Olive Tap is by far, the best. The flavor is sweet, but has enough acid to make it the perfect accompaniment to salads. I absolutely love it!

So good...this is my go to salad dressing..no oil needed
Olive Tap’s fig balsamic vinegar is thick, just sweet enough, and is wonderful in recipes. It’s also tasty on steaks and fresh mozzarella. It’s a must in our family and I always keep a backup bottle on hand. It is the best.
This is the second variety of balsamic vinegar from Olive Tap — it’s as remarkably good as the first! I have a feeling they’re all excellent. Their vinegars are a complete and total substitute for regular balsamic in everything — they’re so rich and wonderfully flavored and there is no sharp “vinegar” taste — sure, it’s vinegar, but that aspect is subtle in a very perfect way.
Good
Loved it.....would highly recommend!!
I am in lovvve with the Fig Balsamic Vinegar. I use it on salads and in my cooking. Adds just the right zip without overpowering. Do yourself a favor and try it!
Love it on my salads and for cooking! Since my wife and I are Vegans with no added salt, oil or sugar., it is important to find plant-based products and Olive Tap fits our needs. We have been buying infused balsamic vinegars since 2014 when we introduced to their products by Dr. Esselstyn and his wife. They are delicious and make our salads with lots of greens tasty! If you haven’t tried them give it a whirl!
Absolutely delicious on everything
The Fig Balsamic is my most favorite all around vinegar from The Olive Tap! It was an unexpected treat the first time I tried it!! I get a bottle every time I place an order. Amazing!!!
From a new producer, our new Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar takes the inherent complexity of aged balsamic vinegar and enriches it with the sweetness and warmth of sun-ripened figs, resulting in a balsamic vinegar that transcends the ordinary. This dense, balsamic vinegar exhibits a mild and mellow fig flavor with less “bite” due to a lower acid content. Not too sweet and not too tart, it can be paired with your favorite of The Olive Tap’s Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar is outstanding drizzled on Caprese Salad (Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil). We love it paired with Basil, Sorrento Lemon and Tuscan Herb Olive Oils for salads and marinades. For something special, try it on honeydew melon sprinkled with minced prosciutto and Parmesan cheese.
Remember to add a Pour Spout to your order for easy dispensing...
