Add a tablespoon of your favorite pureed fruit (Kiwi, Berry, Peach, Apple, Pear etc.) to 2 or 3 tablespoons of vinegar, and 1/3 cup of your favorite EVOO to create your own unique Balsamic Vinaigrette.
