A few years ago I went to a Country Living show in Columbus, Ohio and tried the most amazing Balsamic Vinegar, I bought some and took it home to Texas and have been ordering it ever since. The easiest gift to give for Christmas or your favorite cook or foodie and everyone that visits us leaves with a bottle. Every salad, no matter what kind is finished with this wonderful balsamic vinegar.
First time I tried this vinegar was at the North Union Farmers Market at Shaker Square, Cleveland. I was handed a small cup and was incredulous that I was supposed to just sip it. But I did - and it is wonderful. That was four or five years ago, and I've haven't used any other balsamic vinegar since. That best ever!
I had been looking and looking for a good traditional Balsamic vinegar when mine ran out. This is just what I was looking for and a great price. I am half way through the bottle so I will be ordering more soon.
I first tasted this while vacationing in Manitou Springs, Colorado. I bought 2 bottles that day. After running out I have been ordering online ever since. I can't be without. I also have given it to friends and relatives and most of them are now hooked. Absolutely the best balsamic vinegar I've ever had!
Many years ago I tasted this balsamic at Taste of Ohio, the annual wine-tasting festival in Aurora. I bought two bottles that day and have never been without a bottle since. I also have some other vinegars from the Olive Tap, and they are delightful, but this particular vinegar is my favorite. Just received a 4-bottle shipment last week! Tonight I plan to have some on strawberries, with a sprinkle of black pepper--very Italian, and very delicious.

Aceto Balsamico di Modena, 4 Leaf is the absolute best Balsamic vinegar I have ever had.... I just love this product.

After tasting this balsamic vinegar, I'll never go back to the ones I used before. It is just great - none of the harshness that most vinegars have. I use it on salads as the dressing - no oil needed. Everyone I've shared it with has loved it.
