I have ordered several times. This makes the best salad dressing, all that is needed. I use it for marinading. I can't get enough. I order in bulk to save on shipping. Other brands do not compare.
Definitely light but satisfying on the palate, without that sharp vinegar taste that can overwhelm the tastebud. Wonderful for dipping bread, alone or with a good extra virgin olive oil.
I tried this vinegar a few years ago and I cannot find anything near as good. I live in Pittsburgh. We do not have an Olive Tap here but I can at least order online. It's a great product. Every product I have tried from this company is wonderful. You can't go wrong!
This is absolutely the very best balsamic vinegar I've ever tasted. It is the only thing I buy and I don't mind paying more for it. I've tried other brands for dressing mix and the difference is astounding. I now give this as gifts and once others try it, they won't go back to the previous brands either!
This is the only dressing I need for salad - 4 Leaf Balsamic Vinegar....naked, no oil thus no added fat.
