If you like thick syrupy full-flavored balsamic, you should enjoy this one. I use just a little on a salad and mix with regular balsamic. It works wonderfully giving my salad a touch of sweetness along with a balance of flavor.

My daughter-in-law got it for me for Christmas and we use it on many dishes. We love this balsamic vinegar as it has a lovely taste that improves the flavor of anything you put it on.
Love this. We eat a plant based diet. I often use this to flavor vegetable stir fries. It is sensational this way. Xmas Day I made my Xmas Kale with steamed kale with pecans and dried cranberries and a big splash of Bordeaux Cherry vinegar.
The Bordeaux Cherry Balsamic Vinegar is delicious! I use it regularly over a simple salad of greens, shredded carrots, pecans and goat cheese, and even my husband loves it. Try it drizzled over a serving of cottage cheese, or warm Brie. It adds a pleasant sweetness and is really wonderful. If you haven't tried it, you should- you won't be disappointed.
This vinegar is thick like syrup which helps it cling to greens. This helps enhance the taste instead of dipping into the bottom of the bowl to get some.

This is absolutely delicious! I use this straight on salads and it is so good. I also follow Dr. Esselstyn's eating plan and in order to eat all these greens, you need to find salad dressings you love. This is wonderful as is or mixed with mustard and sugar and a bit of water. I will definitely be ordering more.
