I was looking for a low calorie salad dressing when I came across a recipe that used Olive Tap vinegar. I use 1 Tablespoon of Mango Vinegar and 1 teaspoon of Chipolte Olive Oil - is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Will definitely purchase again.
