    Kind of Disappointing

    I found really stellar reviews of Olive tap, so I bought a whole bunch of vinegars and a couple oils.

    My experience of the Rasberry vinegar was somewhat disappointing. The aroma didn't remind me so much of raspberry as raspberry candy, or "flavor". It was a sharp, artificial tang.

    I don't know why as I think it's supposed to be made of natural ingredients, but this was my experience of it and I had a lot of difficulty using the whole bottle.

    My other complaint was that it wasn't as thick as I expected. But that I could have lived with it wasn't the artificial candy aroma.

    My Favorite so far!

    I love this vinegar...especially on tomatoes and cheese! This is my favorite so far, but I am looking forward to trying other flavors as well!

    My Favorite so far!

    Raspberry flavor with basalmic vinegar

    Berries go wonderfully with balsamic vinegar and this taste explodes in the mouth.

    Drizzled Over Ice Cream!

    I drizzled this over Honey Hutts Orange Blossom Ice Cream and it was incredible. Even my husband, who prefers his ice cream unadorned, thought it was delicious!

    Raspberry Aceto Balsamico di Modena makes the best vinaigrette!

    This is such a great Aceto Balsamico di Modena Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar. It makes for a really great vinaigrette, a real crowd pleaser at my house. My kids love it, and it makes their salads so much more healthy than a creamy dressing. Very great flavors!
