    Love the...

    I love the variety of tasty and healthy choices available with Olive Taps' Balsamic Vinegars. I finally tired of having healthy salads only to turn around and use unhealthy dressings with often questionable ingredients and high fat content. As a repeat customer, I like the fact that I can chose different vinegar flavors with each order. I initially ordered the small sample pack to discover the flavors I preferred, and then I have ordered four different flavors at a time in the larger bottles.     Bliss is a...

    I have never had such a rich, smooth Balsamic like this one. The berries truly compliment the taste of the Balsamic. Will definitely be a regular purchase.

    I have never had a more delicious and robust vinegar as the Triple Berry. I could drink it with a straw it is so good. I made a fruit salad and drizzled it over it and my daughter and granddaughter went crazy over it. Well done The Olive Tap

    Very Berry balsamic

    I have only recently tried balsamic vinegar over the past 2-1/2 months, for health reasons. I love Olive Tap vinegars so much that I sometimes do little ‘watering-down tricks’ to make them last longer!

This Olive Tap proprietary Balsamic Vinegar is simply all about berries! An exquisite blend of our popular "Berry" Balsamic Vinegars from Modena, Italy; it truly seems like you are eating a mouthful of berries with just one sip!

Perfectly balanced, this dark balsamic vinegar is not too tart, nor overly sweet, making it superb on salads and over fruits.  When testing this vinegar with our 100% EVOOs, we especially loved it when paired with our certified organic Taggiasca or Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oils.  Be sure to try it with our Basil Olive Oil and some of our citrus oils (Sorrento Lemon, Blood Orange, Persian Lime) as well.  Be sure to also try it as a new twist with some of your favorite recipes!
