Received this as a gift and didn't use it right away since I make my own dressings with honey for sweetener. I was out of homemade dressing and having company last night. I tasted this to see what I could do with it and was absolutely WOW'ed to be able to use it as a salad dressing straight from the bottle. I don't understand how Italy gets the sweetness without adding anything but I'm a believer and happy being the customer and letting Italy do what they do best! I WILL be making the drive to fill my pantry with this and other vinegars!

We have tried several Balsamic vinegars and this is our favorite. Just use it on salads and others veggies. So very good and not many calories. You should try it!
This vinegar is really great on salads, it is light and tasty and enhances the salad flavor. I usually do not like sweet dressings but this is just right and light. I do not even need oil with it. Have bought it several times and given it as a gift, too.
With the help of this vinegar that I paired with the Jalapeño Olive Oil I have lost 34.5 pounds. I eat salad everyday and with this product it's never boring. I need to lose 28 more pounds and I will continue to use these two products. My co-workers loved the taste so much they are now purchasing the Peach

I don't know how they get that much peach flavour packed in there but I'm sure glad they do. With just one drop, your mind tells you that you've just eaten an entire peach cobbler. I would recommend eating this on anything edible. I now never have to worry as what to give as a gift in the $20 range. Love it!
It smells and tastes just like peaches. It has a very fresh and clean taste. It's amazing on salads and salads containing fruit. I will continue to purchase this flavor.

Light white balsamic just perfect for salad, pasta dishes, and meat. Just this past weekend we used it in three different dishes: salad dressing, marinade for a pork dish and a light pasta broccoli dish. Fabulous!
