I love this stuff. I use it on all sorts of veggies and I think it will go well in a fruit salad.. but I haven't tried it yet.
I love the hint of Sicilian lemon in this light white balsamic!! I used it to make a wonderful buttery type sauce over pasta and veggies. My family raved about it! This balsamic will ALWAYS be a staple in our home!

Add it as a drizzle with any citrus infused EVOO (lime, lemon, orange) for even more complex flavors! I am purchasing more for myself and to give as gifts!

Refreshingly sweet with a delicate lemon tang. Our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has nicely balanced acidity with a crisp lemon flavor and aroma. It makes an excellent substitute for lemon juice.
Pair it with our Tuscan Herb or Basil Olive Oils for an outstanding vinaigrette for greens or tomato salads. Use as a fabulous glaze for chicken or shrimp. Drizzle it straight over fried, baked and broiled fish and shellfish. For more lemon taste, pair with any fruity olive oil (e.g. Ascolano or Arbequina).
