I first purchased this vinegar when I was on vacation, I enjoyed it so much I now order online. It makes any fish or shrimp dish scrumptious!

I just ordered two more large bottles. This is so good I'd put it on Cheerios. Many times I've added to salads without using any olive oil at all.

I can't say it any simpler than I can't imagine my pantry without it! Just ordered two more large bottles. The best ever, especially paired with the Kalamata Olive Oil. Outstanding!
Refreshingly sweet with a delicate lemon tang. Our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has nicely balanced acidity with a crisp lemon flavor and aroma. It makes an excellent substitute for lemon juice.
Pair it with our Tuscan Herb or Basil Olive Oils for an outstanding vinaigrette for greens or tomato salads. Use as a fabulous glaze for chicken or shrimp. Drizzle it straight over fried, baked and broiled fish and shellfish. For more lemon taste, pair with any fruity olive oil (e.g. Ascolano or Arbequina).
