This is an excellent product that pairs nicely with just about any vinegar but is really good with Granny Smith Apple and Mango Balsamics over salads.
This is an absolutely essential part of my pantry. I am a huge pasta lover but have been trying to improve my diet. I swapped out regular pasta and jarred vodka sauce for wheat pasta and this olive oil. The basil infusion is perfectly subtle and yet flavorful, so I never over-do or over/under cook the herbs in the pasta. I simply dress the pasta with this olive oil, a little garlic seasoning and Parmesan and I'm in heaven. I bought one bottle at a convention, and went straight back to The Olive Tap when I ran out because I didn't want to risk poorer quality with another brand.
This is the best infused oil I have had as the great basil flavor comes thru.

This is an amazing flavored olive oil. It goes so well in my spaghetti sauce, on my roasted potatoes, salads, tomatoes, on my turkey. We love this oil.
I have tried all different brands of olive oil, but this is the most gourmet olive oil I have ever had. I love basil flavors and smooth oil, so this works out well. I love it over my raviolis and pastas. Very highly recommended!
