    Wonderful as a Salad...

    I discovered this company through Jane and Ann Essylstyn's YouTube videos and I am so very happy I decided to try these balsamic vinegars! I eat a WFPB diet and this balsamic is perfect as a salad dressing all by itself. The taste is delightful, so light and refreshing on some spring mix greens. I just use 2 tablespoons for about 3 oz of spring mix greens, cabbage plus some other veggies and it's perfect. I highly recommend you give this a try. High quality ingredients are worth it. You will not be disappointed!

    Delicious. We use it with Smoky Bacon olive oil a lot, especially over salads. Our favorite is avocado tomato. Yum. But it's good everywhere.
