I do like it easy.... With a bag of Spring Salad Mix, add dried cherries and a handful of chopped walnuts (omega-3) and crumbled Gorgonzola to taste... Then drizzle on the Bordeaux Cherry Balsamic Vinegar... it is that simple.
Love this as a drizzle for salads but the best on warm homemade or baked potato chips, sprinkled with grated parmesan or gorgonzola cheese then drizzled with this vinegar!
