So far this Lemon balsamic vinegar is my favorite. Refreshing and sweet, it gives just the right flavor to my boiled kale (which I eat 2-3 times a day). I'll get the largest size bottle next time.

I'm on a diet-very strict and get tired of bland food. I'm allowed no oils in this phase but I can have vinegar. The Sicilian Lemon makes my chicken and fish taste absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!
I initially received a sample gift bottle size and it immediately became my new favorite vinegar! Had to go find and order more. A little sweet, a little tangy, totally flavorful on my salads.

Favorite use of this product is on Salads. It is light and doesn't really need anything else. Also like to use it with fish and chicken.
Combined with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil makes a delicious quick dressing. Then experiment, add some Dijon mustard & honey, great as a salad dressing and drizzled over salmon. I also use a splash in my Caesar salad to enhance the flavor and lighten it up...it's so good.

Refreshingly sweet with a delicate lemon tang. Our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has nicely balanced acidity with a crisp lemon flavor and aroma. It makes an excellent substitute for lemon juice.
Pair it with our Tuscan Herb or Basil Olive Oils for an outstanding vinaigrette for greens or tomato salads. Use as a fabulous glaze for chicken or shrimp. Drizzle it straight over fried, baked and broiled fish and shellfish. For more lemon taste, pair with any fruity olive oil (e.g. Ascolano or Arbequina).
