Strawberry White Balsamic Vinegar

Exciting, sweet-tart and perfectly balanced are just a few of the words that describe this unique White Balsamic Vinegar. Reminiscent of the intense flavor of small backyard grown berries, the Strawberry flavor is strong but not overpowering. The acidity and natural sugars are in perfect harmony, resulting in a Balsamic Vinegar that will enhance the flavor of any salad or appetizer dish you prepare.

Use this Strawberry White Balsamic Vinegar with light to medium intensity EVOO’s to maximize the Strawberry flavor. Pair it with citrus flavored olive oils on everyday salads made with spring mix and baby spinach, or combine it with Basil Agrumato Olive Oil for complexity and sophistication on salads and appetizers.

I love the taste of this product; I add it to my strawberry, apple, walnut salad; it brings a very light somewhat sweet taste to my salad. I also use a teaspoon in a 16 oz glass of ice water throughout the day; very refreshing. I will continue purchasing these products; highly recommend The Olive tap company for purchasing your olive oils and balsamic vinegars!

This is hands down the best dressing I’ve ever used. Aside from the nutritional plus, it’s delicious!

Not overpowering but very good for the summer with fresh fruit as well.
